Tangle-Free Packaging Innovations

Sometimes known as a "pull box" package, REELEX® is a patented method of winding cable or any cord-like product in such a way as to result in a reel-less, self supporting coil. This unique coil dispenses from the inside-out without twists, tangles, snags or overruns.

Sold under various brand names by the world's leading wire and cable manufacturers, REELEX has become the standard packaging system for "last-mile" lengths of structured cabling such as Category 5e, Category 6, and Coaxial cables, and is quickly becoming the preferred package for many other types of products like fiber optics, building wire, plastic tubing, and more.

REELEX benefits every component in the supply chain, as the packages are easy to handle, stack and palletize, are lighter than reels and spools and are environmentally friendly.

Getting Started with REELEX

1. The advantages of REELEX are best experienced first hand, so to see if REELEX is right for your product, we suggest first sending us your product so that we may make a sample demonstration package. All sample materials and labor are free, we only ask you pay for shipping.
2. Once you decide REELEX works for you, we can either do small-scale packaging for you, or you may rent our equipment on a month-to-month basis.
3. If you know REELEX is well-accepted in your market and with your product, you're ready to sign a license agreement with us and get a REELEX machine:

License Agreement The patents and trademarks encompassing the REELEX system are administered through the signing of a License Agreement. The License Agreement allows usage of all intellectual knowhow, legal protection and trademark usage in exchange for a licensing fee.	Coiling Machine The only machines in the world capable of winding REELEX coils are manufactured by REELEX Packaging Solutions. A wide range of machines are available, including a selection of refurbished used equipment. Machines are available for purchase or for rent.	Package Type The most popular REELEX package is the cardboard box, though the REELEX coil can be packaged using a variety of methods. Box and tube sizes are chosen after creating sample coils. There is a packaging program available that will mathematically calculate coil diameter, though samples are highly recommended.
